SONS OF GALLIPOLI
How do you tell a story that's been told many times before in a fresh and emotionally compelling way?
People have a much better chance of understanding the lessons of history when they're given a chance to form an emotional attachment. For the first time, the tragedy of Gallipoli is brought to life in a profoundly human way as two mothers imagine what it must have been like for other mothers, 100 years ago. Two women on opposite sides. So different. Yet each struggling to understand the meaning of war.
SOLUTION
We told the story of Gallipoli in the form of an interactive documentary written from the point-of-view of two mothers with sons in the war, one from each side of the conflict.
